The Competitive Debate Squad competes in International Public Debate (IPDA). This squad travels to and virtually participates in local, regional, and national debate competitions. IPDA can be either individual or two-person team debates. Both styles involve a limited time to prepare an argument based on a resolution specific to that debate round, so this team is excellent for building tangible and transferable skills.
